Prashanta is a civil engineer with around 13 years of experience and has worked in projects of differential nature and dimensions. His core area of expertise is project execution that includes the entire spectra of activities from site development, construction, interiors and finishing. He could be termed as a master in the art of site management including labour management.

The 30 plus something is deputy to Mr Sarkar and has been with the company since its inception. He is termed “Mr Dependable” and is the man for the most challenging projects undertaken by the Company. He hates sitting in our corporate office and makes himself available in the site at all times. He displays an amazing talent of forecasting the challenges and resultantly, we are yet to see a delayed project delivery under his leadership. Irrespective of the natural and socio-political challenges that may confront a project, Mr Dependable always pulls off the project on time.

Sayantan is a B tech in civil engineering has a decade long experience in planning, execution and billing of projects varying in nature. Prior to joining us, he has worked with companies like Fresenius, Tata Steel, Adhunik Power and Shapoorji Pallonji. He is our industrial infrastructure expert with experience of working in power plants, steel plants and pharmaceutical plants.

Raising from project execution and billing to project management, he presently is spearheading our centralized project management unit that tracks the progress of all our projects on a day-to-day basis. He is our ‘MIS man’ who runs the daily dash-boards and alerts any deviation from the desired direction. He is also well versed in project documentation and reporting. Not a single day delay in progress can bypass his MIS tracking.

An Aircraft Engineer with Post Graduate in Management from Narsee Monjee brings with him the experience of executing MEP and HVAC works for some of the most specialized buildings like hospitals. Earlier he has worked with Sterling & Wilson Private Limited in managing some of their largest projects in Eastern India. Within 7 years of his career, he developed expertise in all areas of a project including BoQ preparation, material planning. quantity surveying, costing and project execution.

He has both project and operational maintenance experience in specialized infrastructure like hospitals and hence visualises every project on the operational aspect and related cost saving to clients.
