Construction fleet
We get into a project after analyzing the construction fleet required for successful completion. We have a large range of machineries and equipment including batching plants, mixer machines, JCB, shuttering materials and others required for a large-scale construction Our fleet increases with every project as we invest a portion of expected profits on improving the fleet required for the particular project.
Health and Safety
We believe in health and safety as a responsibility and not as a project function. It is our internal mandate to have a qualified safety officer in each of our project site. Our safety officers are trained on all aspects of safety including the validation of the quality of PPES used in the site. It is noteworthy that most of our safety officers are internationally certified We also conduct regular medical camps for laborers at our construction site and dispense free medications.
Giving back to the society
We believe in giving back to mother nature and our fellow citizens. Our company is a large donor for some of the NGOs that work on child education and differently abled community. We have even constructed buildings at no cost to such organizations that creates inclusive Impact on the society as a whole.

We have a standard protocol of deploying staff for each process in the site that includes project management & execution, quality testing, safety, accounts, store and all others as may be applicable.

Our entire business including project management is tracked through automated tools and ERP solutions customized for the industry and hence ERP and IT training are an integral part of our employee development.
